These sessions were open to all Board members if they chose to join, but they were focused more on new Board members and what they needed. As you know, the strategic plan is adopted by the delegate assembly and we are nearing the end of the current plan for 2023 through 2025. The work of the Board of Directors and the staff centers around this plan and I just want to refresh you on the strategic initiatives. Strategic Initiative A, promoting agile regulatory systems for relevance and responsive to change. Strategic Initiative B, champion regulatory solutions to adjust borderless healthcare delivery.
